I'm a Big Fat Loser

This is the second week to weigh in and I lost another 5 lbs. which put me in third place for the week. This BTW has given me incentive to work harder, because I got 7 dollars for my efforts. It's not about the money though, its about getting thinner and healthier. I am already preparing for my new strategy to lose again this week.

Sandy, way to go! Seriously, do you have any special tips? Are you drinking a lot of water to feel full, eating/not eating anything in particular, exercising more?

Nine pounds so far! Way to go Sandy. I'm ready to get back into the pool!

Thanks Amanda and Tracy, I think drinking the 10-12 glasses of water is a big help and swimming, but most of all portion control. I eat the little meals 5 or 6 times a day and try to avoid the BIG meals 3 times a day.
